Requirements & profile

As a BlinkLane consultant you will find yourself working in an inspiring team of colleagues on challenging projects that are usually executed on-site at our clients. We are therefore looking for teamplayers with good social and communicative skills. Besides these characteristics, a BlinkLane consultant is involved with his or her clients, motivated to perform, willing to take responsibilities in projects and fun to work with. Skills and attitude are considered even more important tha knowledge at BlinkLane.

As a consultant you have mastered several other qualities besides knowledge and experience: you have a university Master degree and affinity with IT. You also have good analythical and problem solving skills, have the ability to formulate clear and logical arguements and are entrepreneurial.

The application procedure

We do not support lengthy application procedures. We always intend to complete an application within 4 weeks. After one or two meetings to get to know one another, you will be asked to present yourself, who you are, what drives you, what is important to you and your professional experiences. During these meetings there will of course also be plenty of opportunity for you to question us. After these steps we will provide you with an interesting benefits proposal, that will be competitative with going market rates and in which your stature and requests have been taken into account.
