ALIGN: What are your ambitions?

BlinkLane first determines your IT organization's ambition level. This ambition level clearly defines what the organization wants to accomplish by improving the organization and management of IT.

 

SCAN: What is the status quo of your organization?

With our client we select which of the 4 themes and which parts of the total IT chain are worth analyzing. This analysis is done my means of an assessment in which we compare the status quo with the defined ambition level. This provides a clear insight into the improvement potential.

 

PLAN: What improvements to implement when?

Based on the ambitions, assessment and improvement potential BlinkLane will draft an improvement plan. It contains a proposal for phases implementation based in increments, aimed at generating visible results in the short term. Also included are measurable performance indicators that are directly related to the objectives of the improvements.

 

DEVELOP: Phased implementation of improvements

During the development phase the planned implementation is executed in an incremental way.

 

MONITOR: Achieving the aspired performance improvements?

In this phase the implemented improvements are monitored. The results, visible through the predefined performance indicators, are compared to the objectives. This comparison is input for further development.
